Dispute Resolution & Dispute System Design

Consultation and training services combine to help participants develop and support staff in dispute systems. Trainings are designed to meet agency needs after consultation sessions are complete. Topics include tracking data, completing intake and managing client expectation, and developing systems of best practice for program sustainability.
